When we say "BIG" we mean copious amounts of money. A flat in a choice area (fussy us, we know...) does cost quite a bit. We are both thinking of long term value of course, and ease of selling it off. And we do love the estate so much! At the moment, it would help if friends, family or foe could help to contribute to make our home a happy haven. Be it a glass, a vacuum cleaner, or an air-con, we'd be happy to receive! Do check out our lists here to ensure nobody "double buys" and also, to ensure the look and feel of our home is not compromised by bad tastes...heh heh heh...
